Dr. Judy Vang, PhD, LCSW, is a Chico State Social Work alumna, educator, researcher, and licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience. Her interests include rural behavioral health, workforce development, program evaluation, and culturally responsive practice. She is passionate about mentoring students and strengthening behavioral health services in rural communities.
