molly m. heck, MSW, EdD, is faculty in the School of Social Work and a proud Chico State alumna. She teaches research, community organizing, leadership, and social justice, always looking for ways to connect theory to practice using equity centered and feminist frameworks. With 20+ years in social services and nonprofit leadership, she loves learning alongside students and supporting their work toward meaningful social change.
