Michele C Eggers
Michele joined the School of Social Work in Fall 2020. Her scholarship and teaching interests focus on global human rights and reproductive justice; environmental racism/justice; Indigenous, LGBTQ+, and women’s rights; globalization and Latin America; individual and collective resistance; and critical social work. She also has experience working with adolescents and women in a variety of settings, including street outreach, community health clinics, outpatient and day treatment programs, schools, and colleges. She has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses in social work, as well as courses in women, gender, and sexuality studies.
