Lauren Murphy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science with an option in Health Services Administration from California State University, Chico. After graduation, she worked for a public health non-profit and earned her Master of Public Administration and Policy degree from American University. She currently works in health policy with a focus on emergency medicine and is pursuing her Doctor of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina. When she isn’t working or in school, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dachshunds, Ozzy and Max.
