Jackie Kent is an alumni of the Chico State Social Work Program for both her BSW (2011) and MSW (2014). She is the Associate Director for Catalyst, a local non-profit that serves survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and she provides leadership and support for advocacy, therapy, and prevention and education programs, with a history of overseeing the Housing and Volunteer Programs for the organization. Jackie is the former chair of the Butte County SART Committee in Northern California, a multi-disciplinary team that addresses the complex and intersectional needs of survivors of sexual assault, and she served two terms as the North Regional Representative and Board Member for the California Partnership to End Domestic Violence. In addition to her work locally, Jackie Kent is a consultant and trainer with Share Time Wisely Consulting Services, focusing on support and accountability for domestic and sexual violence state coalitions and local programs in their work to be anti-racist. Jackie's teaching interests include Practice, Practicum, Organizational Culture, and Policy.
