Cynthia Klobodu is an Assistant Professor and Graduate Coordinator in the Nutrition and Food Science Department at California State University, Chico. Her teaching and research interests include nutrition education, nutritional genomics, women’s health, and the translation of nutrition science into public health practice. She is committed to preparing students to critically evaluate evidence and apply it to real-world nutrition and health challenges.
