A longtime resident of Chico and a graduate of Chico State’s, Health Services Administration program, Stan Salinas earned his Doctorate of Health Administration at Central Michigan University and his Masters of Health Administration at the University of Southern California. His research interests are in value based purchasing and patient experience as related to healthcare quality. At the center of Stan’s life are his wife, two daughters and two dogs. Together, they enjoy spending time on their boat, kayaking, travelling or just preparing and sharing a great meal.
