Miciah leads the development and implementation of social media strategy for the University's branded accounts, including content creation and audience engagement. She also supports the department's branding and storytelling efforts and serves as an on-campus resource and consultant for social media best practices and strategies.
Prior to working for Chico State, Miciah spent 10 years in Central California developing creative content. She has produced podcast shows, directed a local magazine, and worked with various nonprofits using social media to make a meaningful impact. Most recently, Miciah worked for Californians for Justice, a statewide nonprofit focused on building racial equity in our state’s education system.
