I was born and raised here in Chico, transferring from Cabrillo Community College to Chico State in 1989. I have earned BA and BS degrees in Exercise Physiology and Health Science, as well as an MA degree in Social Science.

As a first-generation college student, and an Advisor who has worked on campus since 2001, I understand the unique challenges experienced by students and enjoy the process of helping each student find their individual path to academic success.

In my free time I enjoy a variety of restoration projects.
