Faculty Bio
Formerly a high school ELD, Spanish and AVID teacher in rural northern California schools, Elizabeth currently serves as coordinator and instructional faculty for the Bilingual Credential Program at CSU, Chico. Her interests include the assets, contributions and lived experiences of multilingual learners and their families in bilingual and English-only educational contexts as well as supporting bilingual and general education teachers as they create, adapt and enact curriculum that explores issues related to identity, diversity, justice and social action in culturally and linguistically diverse classrooms.
